Dictatorial rule [al-Mulk al-Jabri] stands for the secular dictatorial regimes that now hold power across the Islamic world. Unlike their ancestors, they wage war against Islam on behalf of foreign enemies and check all efforts and endeavors to reunite the ummah. The situation is now changing with the Arab Spring that has toppled some dictatorships and promises more.
