The reverent Islamic personality, just like the Muslim society, should be outstanding in appearance and inward worth. The Muslim State should also be distinguished on earth, bearing testimony to the excellence of its model in its slogans, values, methods, conduct, activity, and all the other expressions of its civilization.
Of course, all the Islamic civilization’s manifestations, from individual manners to social behavior, must abide by the Islamic moral and spiritual standards.
