]The Act of Resistance: A Renaissance for the Nation

Every act of resistance marks a new chapter in civilization, a fresh emergence for the nation, and a rebirth for humanity. It unfolds through novel values where individuals discover their selves, delving into their depths to connect the apparent with the profound and the immediate with the eternal. It unveils new concepts in which freedom is sensed amidst the prevailing subjugation to hegemony, introducing new conditions that reclaim the true human nature in a reality tainted by vices of arrogance and despotism.

Today, Palestinian resistance is scripting the umma’s history as well as guiding humanity towards enlightenment through the minds it stimulates, and the transformative effects it triggers in self-reflection: both individual and collective. It genuinely signifies a rational righteous renewal of perpetual contributions, a creative bequest of the renewable legacy of energy in the trajectories of Islamic and human history. While these reflections may be numerically few, they bear immense responsibility and embody noble intentions. They reconstruct the values of divine qualities, rejuvenate Islam with sanctity, and revive the spirit through divine proximity.

The survival of the umma hinges today and tomorrow on the perseverance of resistance. Its defeat, God forbid, signals the demise of the umma. It is not a partial act; rather, a holistic endeavor to be viewed in terms of its existential significance. There is no meaning in existence without resistance, and life without struggle is devoid of purpose. Existence and life derive meaning solely from the act of resistance, which galvanizes and consolidates all human capabilities. Therefore, it does not allow for the isolation of a specific organ or cognition from its collective essence. Jihad is not an act to be observed or enforced upon by a single human faculty; it is a readiness sought through all cognitive faculties instead. Through this readiness, humanity takes shape. Thus, resistance and jihad, in this sense, become the elixir of life bestowed by God upon resisters—without it, there is only death and annihilation. They are the distinguishing features of those who have transcended the shackles of passivity and betrayal, standing as the closest semblance to life amidst a dead world content with treachery and withdrawal.

Resistance brings about moments of profound connection to life that individuals ardently crave, and within these moments lies the very essence of existence. In these instances, the fighter not only comprehends but truly experiences the divine discourse, listening to it not as a mere reader of a declaration but as an acknowledged recipient. Within these sacred moments, if one prays, their prayers shall be answered; if one seeks forgiveness, it shall be granted. The provisions of God accompany them, as stated in the Qur’an: “If God should aid you, no one can overcome you.” (Qur’an, 3:160) and as He said, “How many a small group has overcome a large group by permission of God.” (Qur’an, 2:249). This is the moment the resister yearns for in their battle, a privilege reserved for the select few engaged in resistance and jihad.
