This notion of scaling the ascent is central in fully assessing the effort and industry required to achieve the goal of justice on earth and the goal of spirituality in the hearts. Indeed, the believing elite’s way towards the top is full of challenging obstacles. On the one hand, there are the individual’s psychological obstacles that are overcome by moral and spiritual training. On the other, there are the cultural, social, economic, political, and historical obstacles that stand before establishing the Islamic state that guarantees all rights and freedoms for its citizens irrespective of their faith, race, gender, or persuasion. The believing elite’s success is contingent upon working jointly with all partners to provide adequate, viable, and successful solutions to all society’s problems.
